At PITAKA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack your PITAKA products in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned electronics, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
